The Hot Wheels Sixty-8 from Felt Bicycles
I love it when I come across something that’s die-cast collecting related, not a car and too cool not share. This is one of those times. Last week I stumbled across this ultra-cool cruiser from Felt Bicycles. Here’s the description of this beauty right from the Felt web site:
“For big boys who love all things retro or just want to feel like a kid again, Hot Wheels has teamed up with Felt to introduce the “Sixty-8″, a celebration of Hot Wheels 40th anniversary. With a renegade rat rod inspired look, the design team was determined to create a unique, aggressive cruiser reflective of the culture from which it was modeled. The traditional built-in kickstand and chainguard were the first things to go. The usual coaster brake hub was replaced by a custom 3-speed cassette version featuring CNC compact cassette cogs, and an over-sized 14mm hollow axle.”
Each bike sells for $1099 (USD) and comes with a Limited Edition Serial Number Badge. Use the link below to jump to the Felt Bicycles web site for more information.

I own this bike!!!!!!! I rode it straight home from full cycle, 18th & Pearl st., Boulder,Co. I Live 2 blocks from that store. That makes the bike 3 years old and I’m ready to see if someone wants to make an offer. Considering that I have rode it less than 5 times and I’ve been staring at it for the past 3 years watching it become a die-cast collectable. I got # 130. It can be yours if the price is right.
