Just off the heals of the post about the spectacular Kustomcity Pre-Production Auction piece comes this reminder about the upcoming Drag Team Series 2 sale! This highly anticipated bus is the 3rd release from Dave Chang and Kustomcity this year, and it definitely has “guaranteed to be sold out” written all over it!

For starters, Dave has designed a brand new 10 spoke deep dish wheel that will make its debut in this series. Add that to the brilliantly gorgeous paint job and amazing flame design that features a metallic chromed pinstripe, and you have a “sure-fire” winning combination! Just as with previous releases, the Drag Team Series 2 will be available in three versions – standard, Special K and Black Gold. The three versions break down as follows: 984 units of the standard version in “kandy-apple” green, 192 units of the Special K version in “kandy-transparent” red and just 48 units of the elusive Black Gold.

The sale begins on sale on Saturday, August 9th, around 11am PST/2pm EST on the K-Tek website. Until then, here are some shots to tie you over!
