Collector nalaeroom recently shared these shots of some of the Matchbox vehicles that are part of a special promotion at Burger King locations in the UK. Tom Zahorsky, Senior Design Manager for Johnny Lightning gave collectors a glimpse at one of the cars being included in the upcoming release of the Dukes of Hazzard series. The featured car is Molly Hargrove’s #72 Plymouth race car. The car appeared in a memorable episode in season three called “Birds Gotta Fly.” In the episode, Daisy was offered a job working for retired driver Molly Hargrove on the NASCAR circuit.

Keep your eyes peeled for Dukes of Hazzard Release 3 when it hits stores November 1st.

I think this is the first time for anything from Models 56 to be mentioned on diecastAUDIO, and boy is it a good one! Collector fgf60 on JOESDIECASTSHACK.COM shared this impressive limited edition 1/24th scale piece dubbed “The Interceptor.” The Interceptor featires a 351 engine is running twin four barrel carburettors and lots of chrome under the hood. Each available color will be limited to 1667 pieces and wil come with its own certificate.

Collector PlyFury just posted these great shots of the 1964 Plymouth Fury MaxWedge from GreenLight. In the second shot you can check out the dual air cleaners which was one of the MaxWedge engine’s trademark features.
