Toy firm Mattel has announced a worldwide recall of a reported 18 million toys amid concerns about paint. Less than two weeks ago, Mattel recalled 94,000 Chinese-made Fisher-Price toys after concerns about lead in the paint and the new recall affects Polly Pocket toys, Batman and Pixar Cars toys, as well as others.
