It’s been almost a month since Airland has dished out some juicy gossip for the hungry collectors, but this week he has returned with more news and rumors on the Hot Wheels Classics line. Here’s what AIR had to say:

“It has been tough getting underground information lately …. The Mothership is trying to keep some things a secret. The Iron Box takes great risks trying to get a glimpse of secret projects…. dressing up as a Pizza Delivery guy…….. Pretending to be the office pet on occasion …… Even going as far as jumping out of a cake once. Well this time… while pretending to be the Hot Tub repair guy….. I came across a list of Exclusive Classics that will be released in…. of all things…. Classics 3 packs. I’m serious…… This is a whole new concept. Each 3 Pack will feature one of the new tools and guess what…… I got the list.

Now heres what I don’t know…. Are the colors exclusive? And what will be the price? …… I do know these will appear at Walgreens……. So keep a look out for them.
A new rumor that I heard is that there is an Exotics 5 Pack coming ….. Something with a Lotus and a Porsche….. and likely a Jaguar….. 2 more Exotics in there………
There are pictures floating around the site and the web of a VW Bug, A Z28 and an Olds 442….. They are from that Alternate Reality Series that I have hinted about …. This will be the Series that we will go nuts for….. I’m telling you…… this is gonna be a cool series……. More soon.”
