The folks over at DIEHARD-DIECAST.COM have just announced that those interested in obtaining highly anticipated diecast pieces being sold for this year’s DCX Expo in California may now take advantage of “THE BUDDY SYSTEM!” Essentially, this means that you can now order your Dairy Delivery Show Packages and have a buddy pick them up for you! The process for taking advantage of the offer is easy. Simply list your “buddy’s” name on the “customer ordering instructions” when purchasing and he /she will be able to sign for your show package on the day of the expo.
As stated in the past, the purchase of DCX packages is limited to two per person.

In addition to this, there is also a “Dairy Delivery Waiting List.” Since the demand for purchasing show packages from “out of state” collectors was so high, DIEHARD-DIECAST.COM will now be offereing any cars not sold at the show to all registered users that did not get a chance to attend the show or have a buddy pick theirs up. If you would like to be notified of any available cars simply register at the DIEHARD-DIECAST web site and then click on the “Contact Us” link. Let them know you want to be placed on the DCX Waiting List and an email with the ordering info will be sent out on Sunday April 8th at 6:00 am PST if quantities still exist. Orders will be filled on a “first come first served” basis so be sure to register soon!

Breaker, Breaker, 10-17 (thats “urgent message” in trucker speak!): This week Jada Toys announced their newest product offering which will be hitting stores in the next few months. Unlike the larger 1/32 scale Baller Hauler trucks that were not available at mass market, this new Road Rigz line will be readily available in 1/64th scale at major retailers.

The initial release will include trailers decked out with licensed graphics from Pepsi, Quaker State, Autobahn, Toyo Tires and Falken Motorsports. Head on over to JADATOYS.COM to see all five designs. Thats a big 10-4, good buddy!

For a little change of pace, collectors might be interested in heading over to JOESDIECASTSHACK.COM for a close-up look at the new Reel Rides line from Malibu International which features cars from various Hollywood films.

Joe Falco did a great job showing off the 1970 GTO and ‘72 Chevy C10 pickup from the movie Dazed and Confused, as well as the ‘58 Porsche Speedster from Top Gun. The remaining castings from the line include the Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am and the 1967 Plymouth GTX from Tommy Boy.

American Muscle fans will surely stand up and cheer for Jada Toys’ newest rendition of the popular 2006 Chevy Corvette Z06! Its first release in 1/24th scale will come in Black, Victory Red, Velocity Yellow, and Candy Blue. Look for the Z06 to be hitting store shelves in the near future.
